APPLICATIONS - Aug 9, 2010- Aug 8, 2011

Applicants must register and submit all materials through the “AAPI Online” which may be accessed at www.appic.org (click on APPI Online) by November 15, 2009.
A “COMPLETE” application file will include the following items:

  • A cover letter explaining why you think this site is a good match for you.  Please be specific about your goals and how interning with us may benefit you.
  • A current vita
  • The actual application including essays and the DCT’s verification of eligibility and readiness
  • All graduate transcripts
  • Three recommendation letters, two of which must be from people who have first hand knowledge of your clinical work
  • Essays addressing the following two questions are “Supplemental Materials” that must be uploaded and attached to the application.
    • Describe the most significant learning experience you have had during supervision.
    • Describe the most significant learning experience you have had with a client.

Candidates in the final selection will be asked to participate in an interview. Interviewees may schedule phone, SKYPE or in-person interviews depending on their individual preferences.
